More than a decade in the Los Angeles homeless response system, on both the funder and provider sides: leading a $40M countywide housing division; designing the nation's first government-backed master leasing initiative; and serving as Planning Chief for Project Roomkey — standing up 37 emergency housing sites for more than 4,000 people in four months.
